Oluwatobi (Tobi) Alliyu believes health and well-being are fundamental aspects of reaching one’s fullest potential. Tobi specializes in health systems strengthening—specifically health finance, public-private partnerships, and building capacity for evidence-based decision-making. She has experience working with governments, the private sector, and multilateral agencies—conducting data analysis, strategy development, research, and managing multiple stakeholders. Tobi has a proven track record of supporting public health projects globally—notably in Africa (Ghana, Nigeria), Southeast Asia (Thailand, Vietnam), Latin America (Nicaragua, Guatemala), and the United States. At ThinkWell, she is a health financing analyst working across a range of public and private sector projects.
Tobi received her BA in Anthropology from Haverford College and holds dual master degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Public Health (MPH).
