Natasha Kallay

Sr. Manager, Business Development

Natasha Kallay is an international development professional with a broad range of expertise in proposal and project management, business development and strategic planning. Having worked for a number of international development firms, she has successfully managed projects and developed proposals for a number of bilateral, multilateral and private donors. Having worked recently as an independent consultant, Natasha supported a number of NGOs, social enterprises and development firms across Africa, Europe and the US to enhance their BD capabilities as well as submitting compelling proposals to support their work.

As Senior Manager, Business Development, Natasha will support a broad range of BD needs, including the development of proposals, as well as support ThinkWell in enhancing and refining BD systems and approaches.

Natasha holds masters degrees from institutions in Africa, the US and the UK.
