Data Analyst, currently working in Indonesia
Nadhila received her Bachelor’s in economics from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2015 and her Master’s in policy economics from Erasmus University in 2017. She is always excited to see how policy designs turn into real actions and results. For her, the development sector, including education, labor, and health care, are exciting areas to explore as there are endless possibilities for design interventions. She started her career as a research assistant, enumerator, and econometrics tutor and wrote about education for both of her theses. She has received three scholarships to study abroad during high school and university.
Prior to ThinkWell, she was a quantitative researcher at The National Team for the Acceleration of Poverty Reduction, and a junior advisor to the Deputy at the President’s Executive Office. At ThinkWell, she conducts analytics on strategic health purchasing for maternal and newborn health, as well as on family planning.. She is eager to explore how data insights can help shape better health care policies.
She enjoys baking, being tucked under her blanket reading memoirs like Hillbilly Elegy, or watching Trevor Noah in action. She prefers forests over beaches, cakes over cookies, and picnics over concerts.
