Julio Saturnino is a monitoring and evaluation professional with seven years of experience. He holds expertise in health, education, and agriculture in the context of development. He has worked with non-governmental organizations with funds from the United States Government (CDC and USAID) as well as from other agencies such as DFID and the UN. He has a Bachelor’s degree with honors in education administration from Universidade Pedagógica. At ThinkWell, he is a provincial learning and adapting advisor based in Tete, Mozambique with the ECHO project.
