Faisal Kabir has unique experience with start-ups and corporations covering FMCG, financial institutions, telecommunication, digital service provider and technology start-ups. His expertise includes designing and implementing new digital products, brand management, financial instruments, and innovation models and digital business strategies in Bangladesh, as well as through short-term assignments in South Asian countries. Faisal has spearheaded to shape Grameenphone’s (Telenor) innovation projects through building and running their global incubator, local accelerator, and innovation enabler platform and worked with 100+ start-ups across local and global ecosystem. Faisal holds a Master’s from University of Derby in Strategic Finance: Mergers & Acquisition and Bachelor’s from North South University in Finance and Marketing. He has coached business school students as the youngest faculty member in both private and public universities. With ThinkWell, Faisal joined the USAID-funded Advancing Universal Health Coverage project and serves as Innovation and Growth Director to provide strategic guidance to plan, innovate, and manage strategy and growth for long-term sustainability of the nascent social enterprise, Surjer Hashi Network. Faisal is also responsible for leading ThinkWell’s business and overall portfolio in Bangladesh.
