Carolyn Ouellet has over ten years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting. Prior to joining ThinkWell as an accountant, Carolyn worked with several social impact organizations across the corporate, philanthropic and nonprofit sectors. Her areas of expertise include project management, operations, system implementation, and streamlining business processes.

At ThinkWell, Carolyn supports nonprofit accounting for ThinkWell Institute, which connects socially innovative organizations from around the world to grow and scale their impact. Carolyn holds a Master in Business Administration from Marquette University, where she was a Trinity Fellow, a program fostering social change leadership.
