ThinkWell worked inside the USAID/Haiti mission as their lead technical expert in Health Systems Strengthening (HSS). In this capacity, ThinkWell guided the development of USAID/Haiti’s HSS portfolio. A number of HSS-related procurements were to be issued by USAID/Haiti, including support to the MSPP’s health management information systems, a follow-on to the flagship health services project and a follow-on to a health management and governance project. ThinkWell provided substantial input and feedback into the design of the flagship health services project, information systems design, and health management and governance design.
