Social, Behavioral, and Community Interventions for RMNCAH
The Partnership for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (PMNCH) and the World Health Organization (WHO), in collaboration with partners, have identified a need to integrate social, behavioral and community engagement (SBCE) interventions into national health policies, services, and programs. To address this, ThinkWell is developing an investment case to scale SBCE interventions for reproductive, maternal, newborn, adolescent and child health (RMNACH). This includes a scoping exercise to gather key stakeholders’ insights, through key informant interviews, related to the investment case’s scope, approach, and target audience. The BBC Media Action, in collaboration with the WHO, have organized a meeting to provide public health and communication partners with the opportunity to discuss strengthening the case for investment in SBCE interventions. ThinkWell will participate in the discussion panel.
