ThinkWell provided high-level strategic advice to the leadership of the ministries of health in Nepal and Myanmar on pathways to achieve universal health coverage.
ThinkWell staff prepared targeted executive briefers on a range of topics, including political strategies, governance structure of health insurance, prescription benefit coverage, benefits package phasing, pricing, legal maneuvering, public advocacy campaigning, and donor fundraising strategies. ThinkWell also provided extensive strategic support through participation in executive strategy meetings, health finance technical group meetings, and broader health sector forums.
