Victoria joined ThinkWell in 2019 as a project administrator working on the WHO-funded public financial management webinar series. She now works on the Well and the Solutions teams. She received her B.A. in international development at the University of Sussex, during which she spent a year studying abroad in Tokyo, Japan. Victoria’s interest in global health originated from being part of a team of students who hosted the inaugural Global Health and Development Conference at Sussex. After graduating, she worked as an intern for the Global Institute for Water, Environment, and Health.

Christina is a senior program analyst and global health researcher. At ThinkWell, Christina supports the immunization economics portfolio, including conducting costing analyses on immunization campaigns in Nigeria and Sierra Leone, estimating the impact of COVID-19 on immunization service delivery costs, and the cost of COVID-19 vaccine delivery.

Prior to joining ThinkWell, Christina worked at the WHO Collaborating Centre and Global eHealth Unit at Imperial College London, on a wide breadth of topics from health system strengthening to evaluating online learning mechanisms for health care workers. Christina also worked with the Country Cooperation Unit at the WHO, specifically in analysis of country office activity and quantifying the health status of country blocs.

Christina holds a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Glasgow and Master of Public Health from Imperial College London.

Laura Boonstoppel is a senior economist with 10+ years of experience in global health, health financing, and development economics. At ThinkWell, she is currently the project director for the Economics of Last Mile Delivery Hub, and has previously led other immunization costing projects, allocative efficiency analyses, health labor market analyses, and contributed to strategic purchasing projects for TB and family planning. She holds a MSc in economics from the University of Geneva, and a BSc in economics and business economics from the VU University in Amsterdam.

Ileana is an economist with experience in health financing and universal health coverage. Prior to joining ThinkWell, Ileana worked with the World Health Organization where she analyzed government subsidization of health insurance programs in low- and middle-income countries across the globe, co-authored regional studies and the global overview and synthesis paper, and did extensive research on universal health coverage. At ThinkWell, Ileana is a senior program analyst supporting a diverse portfolio of health financing projects. She holds a MSc in Economics from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland.
