Michaela is a health financing analyst and writer at ThinkWell, providing support for the Immunization Delivery Costing project. Before joining ThinkWell, Michaela worked at International Medical Corps, where she managed the Ebola Virus Disease Research Project. Project deliverables included a database containing over one million data points collected during the recent Ebola epidemic in West Africa and twelve manuscripts published or waiting to be published in peer reviewed journals. Before that, she worked at Tulane Medical Center in the Quality, Risk Management and Infection Control Department analyzing clinical data to review the effectiveness of a sepsis protocol implementation. She also managed two research studies at The Mary Amelia Women’s Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. Michaela holds a MPH from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and a BSc in Public Health and Gender and Sexuality Studies from Tulane University.
